Via Arte: It’s OK to look down on this art
For a few fleeting days every year, artists turn a portion of the parking lot at The Marketplace into a patchwork of chalk drawings in the style of Italian street painting. But you better visit quickly, because the day after the Via Arte festival ends, the artwork is hosed down and the canvas is returned to its duty as a parking lot.
