Camille Gavin, who is reading her work at Russo’s Books on Thursday, October 13, talks of her childhood, Tarzan, and the state of the arts and literature. The October 13 event at the Marketplace, will also be an Open Mic, to which the public is invited, free of charge.

Don Thompson, local poet, to read at Russo’s on Aug. 11
Kevin Shah praises a local poet of some renown, Don Thompson, who will give a free reading of his poems at Russo’s Books at 7 p.m. Aug. 11. Shah runs an open mic on that night and generally on the second Thursday of each month, during which the public is invited to participate by reading their own works, if they wish.
