Artists represent isolation, loss associated with homelessness
New exhibits opening Dec. 10 at the Bakersfield Museum of Art portray life on the edge of society for those who are displaced or homeless. The opening reception also includes a blanket drive for the Bakersfield Homeless Center.

Neighboring Los Angeles artists bring show to Bakersfield
LA Artcore, a nonprofit community art gallery, is exhibiting at Bakersfield College as part of an exchange program. Featured artists include Ramone Muñoz, who is inspired by death and the decay of man-made structures over time.
