Local arts programs for disabled draw Korean visitors
After a Bakersfield group visited Korea representing arts programs for the developmentally disabled, a Korean contingent is in Bakersfield for the next two weeks. They are here to learn how to set up a filmmaking workshop as part a new program for independent living in Korea.

‘Zombie High’ comes alive for free premiere
The short film was made by local citizens with disabilities thanks to a partnership between Kern Regional Center, the Arts Council of Kern and Joey Travolta’s Inclusion Films.
