It is like having a complete chile relleno dinner wrapped in a tortilla. If you have never enjoyed the mingling of beans, rice, cheese, and a batter-fried chile at Super Taco on East Truxtun Avenue, you have never lived.  Topped with pico de gallo, studded with diced jalapeños, this burrito is an explosion of a half dozen complementary flavors. The Mexican rice is perfectly seasoned and the refried beans have a hint of smoked pork flavor. About three bites into the burrito the chile stuffed with cheese appears. It is not too spicy and has a slightly acidic roasted flavor. What the restaurant lacks in ambiance, the burrito makes up for in taste and price. For just a little over $4, you can have a delicious meal wrapped up in an extra-large tortilla.
